Support Services for Mums and Pēpi

Many of the whānau we work with need a little extra assistance, particularly if they are first-time mums-to-be and don’t have their own whānau network nearby. Our midwives and kaimahi can help with:

  • Home and clinic appointments
  • Organising a GP
  • Transport for scans or GP visits
  • Organising access to blankets, bassinets, cots, wahakura, and car-seats
  • Peer support with other first-time mums or mums-to-be
  • Breastfeeding support

Our midwives will go the extra mile for you. Just call a clinic or phone 0508 WHANAU (942 628) to find out more.
